Choices for Youth and Impact Construction are located in St. John's, Newfoundland. They are social enterprises helping youth learn and apply construction and other life skills. Brian is the general manager of Impact Construction and is passionate about what the organizations do. Their model can be replicated and they share information/ideas with Build in Winnipeg.
