In2Blue was founded by Julian Villanova who is hearing impaired. The company provides window/gutter cleaning, power washing, outdoor Christmas lights put up/taken down, screen cleaning. Julian is from Brazil and gives back to hearing impaired children from there.

Currently the company provides services in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada.
